- Manage pharmacy networks and all customer service functions for pharmacies, physicians and beneficiaries/members.
- Provide strategic direction, key programs, and continuous updates to ensure a high quality of service to clients.
- Oversight of pharmacy networks to comply with CMS Network and Member.
