WHAT WE DO

PHARMACY INTEGRITY

  • Evaluate and validate daily claims.
  • Perform compliance with pharmacies.
  • Report compressive audit prevention services.
  • Perform on-site audits.
  • Request prescriptions to be evaluated for quality assurance purposes.

LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Make sure Abarca adheres to PBM laws, regulations, guidelines and specifications.
  • Work to meet key regulatory objectives to protect Abarca’s clients and ensure markets are fair, efficient, and transparent.

CLIENT SERVICES

  • Serve as liaison between clients and Abarca.
  • Perform client relationship management.
  • Work with teams to anticipate client needs and fulfill expectations.
  • Review client performance.

GOVERNMENT & INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP

  • Manage government accounts, legislative issues, and government relations. 
  • Provide public relations support.
