Client Services

• Establish and maintain partnerships with clients while identifying opportunities for innovation and business expansion.
• Build and enhance relationships with key decision makers to deliver value for clients.
• Oversee and execute daily service delivery tasks to clients and members while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Client Implementation

• Lead the implementation and re-implementation processes of new and current clients.
• Partner with business areas across the organization to improve and streamline implementation processes and provide excellent service to our clients.
• Deliver superior customer service and oversight to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties.
