WHAT WE DO

Pharmacy Integrity

• Evaluate and validate daily claims.
• Perform desk and onsite pharmacy audits.
• Investigate Fraud, Waste, and Abuse referrals.
• Request prescriptions to be evaluated for quality assurance purposes.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure that Abarca adheres to applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards, including the management of all contracting and licensing matters, and oversight of regulatory changes and delegated entities.
• Provide audit, reporting requirements, and regulatory support to Abarca’s clients.
• Manage HIPAA and privacy incidents.

Government & Industry Partnerships

• Support client government accounts.
• Track legislative matters and issues at a local and federal level.
• Support stakeholder and government relations.
