WHAT WE DO

Talent Acquisition

  • Serve as a strategic business partner in identifying and attracting top talent through lead generation, market mapping, and leveraging talent analytics and intelligence.
  • Design interviewing framework processes, including behavioral and technical assessments that drive impactful hiring decisions.
  • Influence business decisions through Talent Acquisition data insights, analytics and metrics, and industry hiring trends.

Culture & Talent Operations

  • Create the connection, communication, and trust that is key for a healthy workplace by managing all the perks and benefits offered by Abarca.
  • Humanize impersonal systems and continuously improve employee engagement, development, and retention in pursuit of our employee-first approach.
  • Assist management partners by providing guidance and resources to mitigate any human relations issues with a goal of timely and positive resolution.

Development & Experience

  • Align employee goals and performance with those of the organization, including identifying and developing training opportunities to bridge skill gaps.
  • Empower employee growth by developing and enhancing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive better team member performance and enhance our organization.
  • Assess data and feedback to provide a positive, fulfilling, and engaging experience for our employees—which can facilitate greater retention and higher productivity, performance, and efficiency.
  • Create a culture of connection and trust that embodies Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Office Management & Facilities

  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of office space, ensuring optimal usage of available resources. 
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for various office needs, including office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Provides support, comfort, and safety for all our partners, clients, and Abarcans.
